Ga-Ga Ball

This next week, we are departing the frigid game of hockey and moving to the high octane dodgeball game known as Ga-Ga ball. This unconventional dodgeball game involves trying to hit opponents below the knee inside of a pit or arena. We will be exploring the rules, strategies, and variations of Ga-Ga ball for the next two weeks. Also, we will be focusing on our shoulders with stretches and fitness exercises to build our shoulder muscles.
Have a wonderful week!

Welcome to fourth quarter

We are entering the final quarter of the 2018-19 school year. Thank you to everyone who made our field day a success! As we return to school from spring break and field day, we are looking forward to our next content in PE. We will continue to practice previous fitness exercises. We will also concentrate on our upper and lower back for exercises and stretches. Our next unit is hockey! Your scholars will learn about rules and penalties. They will play mini games about hockey dribbling, passing, and shooting. By the end of the unit, they will be able to play small squad vs squad games.

Have a wonderful week!
